01Who we are

Landsight is run by its founder, Eric Fang, who is responsible for the details you send through this site.

02What we collect

When you request a trial, we collect only what you type or choose in the form:

• Required: work email, company and role.
• Optional: name; country or region; company size; what you review; packages per month; typical package size in sheets; the CAD tools you use; your preferred contact (email, Telegram, LINE or WhatsApp) and handle; your X handle; anything else you tell us; and whether you agree to be contacted about a trial.
• Added automatically: the page language you used and the time of the request.

Leaving optional fields empty changes nothing, except that we know less about your work. Without the required fields we cannot arrange a trial.

03Why we collect it

Only to arrange a trial and to contact you about it. We do not put your details on marketing lists, we do not sell them, and we do not share them with anyone for their own purposes.

04Where it goes

Your request travels over an encrypted connection to a small server function hosted by Vercel, which passes it on as a message to the founder's Telegram account. Vercel and Telegram handle it only to deliver it, and may process it outside Taiwan. Your request is not stored in a database.

To stop abuse, the server function keeps your IP address in memory for up to 10 minutes; it is not stored or forwarded. Like any web host, Vercel keeps short-lived request logs, including IP addresses, for security and operations.

05How long we keep it

Until we have decided with you whether to go ahead with a trial, and never longer than 12 months. Then we delete it, including the Telegram message.

06Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy;
• correct or complete it;
• stop collecting, processing or using it;
• delete it.

You can also withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time. Using these rights is free, and we reply within the time limits set by Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.

07Cookies and storage

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. It remembers one thing in your browser's local storage: your language choice (English or 繁中). That stays on your device.

The page loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which see your IP address.

Links to X and YouTube simply open those sites; this site loads no X or YouTube scripts. Following us on X is optional and never required for a trial. What you do on those sites is covered by their own privacy policies.

08Security

Requests are sent over HTTPS. The keys that let the server send Telegram messages are kept as secrets in the hosting environment, never in the page or its code.

09Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and its effective date.
